Marbella Country Club became in the 1970’s , the first real estate project of second homes in the country associated with golf. The exclusive complex is located on the road that connects Concon and Zapallar, with a club house of more than 5,000 square meters with a captivating Mexican archi-tecture, which houses, among others, a gym, two swimming pools, massage rooms and the restau-rant Santo Pez, that offers a menu of fish and seafood.

In 2011, the club commissioned us to do a full review of the golf course, which was present-ed to the club in a global master plan document. The intention of the golf club is to undertake pro-gressively this master plan, rebuild the greens, renovate the existing bunkers, place additional bun-kers and modify some tees.
